Stealing Christmas first appeared as a six-part newspaper serial in the days leading up to Christmas, 2006. Readers of the Owen Sound Sun Times anxiously awaited their newspapers each day to find out how young D.B. Murphy was going to resolve the trouble he was in. And he was in big trouble - with his dad, his friend, the bank and the law.
